I have been training with Chameleon Fitness for approximately six months. When I first called Chameleon Fitness I had no energy and motivation and needed a real kick to leave my job behind and get moving. After just a couple of weeks I felt the benefits and started to recover my natural enthusiasm. Andy first spent some time discussing my lifestyle and requirements for what I wanted to get out of the training sessions. He was then able to match me very well with my trainer. We met twice a week in the early mornings, which suited me very well especially since they came to my house. The programme was not only about the training sessions, but also involved dietary analysis, various physical checks and tests and a summary of development. In fact it was very comprehensive. In summary, I can highly recommend Chameleon Fitness to any potential clients looking for a really personalised service and good lasting results.

I have two regrets about hiring Andy King to be my personal trainer: the first regret is that I didn't do it 6 months earlier! I have been out of shape for years and after one month's time of working out with Andy I feel that I have reached 8 on a personal sliding scale of 1 to 10, physically and mentally, whereas before I started training with Andy I was a 5 out of 10. Andy is an excellent coach: he is professional, dedicated, motivating and punctual. I have been working with Chameleon Fitness for the last nine months. Initially, I contacted Andy King to resume my weight training as I had moved to Paris. Right away, I was very impressed by his professionalism and his people skills. Also I appreciated the extensive pre-evaluation process, before we started the program. Due to my work schedule, it became necessary to adjust my work out regime and focus more on cardiovascular and toning classes at home. Again, my trainer were very accommodating and made it possible for me to maintain a basic level of fitness through an otherwise very demanding period. During the entire time, he was very patient, flexible and supportive. He motivated me to keep going under difficult circumstances. He also offered numerous suggestions and encouraged me to try alternative workout activities (Roller Blading, Pilates, etc.). As a non-exerciser, I was initially skeptical of starting a program with a personal trainer. I initially signed up in order to get in shape for a big event, but since beginning with Chameleon Fitness five months ago, I feel stronger and I have more energy. My goal was very specific and not only did I (and my friends and colleagues) see an improvement in this particular problem area, but thanks to the way my training sessions were organized, I also felt and saw an improvement in areas of my body that I hadn't been targeting. Jeremy was always punctual, professional, encouraging, motivating and fun. Add to this his extensive workings of the mind and body and you have an extremely qualified and efficient trainer! Occasionally, when Jeremy was not available, my sessions were run by a substitute trainer. Thanks to the professionalism of Chameleon, this did not bring along the disadvantages of being asked to do exercises that were either too easy, too advanced or irrelevant to my goals. This was because my replacement always arrived fully prepared, having come along to several workouts beforehand with Jeremy and having been fully briefed on my goals, strengths and weaknesses. Chameleon Fitness gave me something that no other fitness organization (and I have tried many) could - that is the knowledge that I can get my body into the shape that I want it to be.
