All staff members of the Chameleon fitness team are highly qualified and have much to offer in terms of knowledge and skills in the training of the beginning exerciser right through to professional athlete and everything in between. Each trainer is required to meet and maintain the high standards set by Chameleon. Team members have the opportunity to widen their knowledge base and to keep their skills sharp by attending ongoing fitness related workshops on a regular basis.
