Group Classes
Our "private" group classes take place in either private dwellings or a gym setting. Instead of having a regular class schedule, we have an ongoing list where people can sign up for the group class that they are interested in participating in. Once we have enough individuals with similar availability - then we will begin a ten week course. The cost of the course is dependant on the number of participants and the location. If you have a group of enough people interested, you may be interested in hosting your own group class.

Pilates
The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that was developed over 90 years ago. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. Developed from the techniques of Joseph Pilates, it is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best.
Yoga
Are you looking to improve you strength & flexibility in a relaxing manner? Then yoga may be the thing for you. Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. The exercises of yoga are designed to increase your body's efficiency and total health. Breathing techniques are based on the concept that breath is the source of life. These two elements, exercise and breathing, prepare the body and mind for meditation allowing relief from everyday stress. Regular practice of all three aspects of yoga produces a clear mind and a strong body.
Prenatal Yoga
What better time to either begin yoga or to deepen your understanding of yoga then when you are pregnant. As your attention tunes inward to the extraordinary changes taking place within, yoga opens your awareness further to the comforting presence of your breath and gravity. Relax and relieve the physical discomforts that arise during pregnancy, while deepening your connection to the baby growing inside of you. Prepare your body with specific poses for the intensity of the birthing process, and learn what positions to avoid and prevent discomfort.
Circuit training
Want to add variety to your workout while getting fit? Circuit training uses a circuit of several activity stations with a different exercise at each one, so you are never doing the same thing! These sessions are designed to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as aerobic fitness.
Work joyfully and peacefully, knowing that right thoughts and right efforts will inevitably bring about right results.
